| Question | Do we have to pay you a security deposit and is it refundable? |

Yes, we will need 50GBP for a one bedroom apartment and 100GBP for bigger properties that will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, assuming no damages have occured to the property. |

| Question | Do visitors from within India have to fill out form C on arrival at the accommodation, as well as foreigners? |
| Answer |
Yes. It is the law to fill out form C in duplicate and hand these in together with 2 copies of the visitor's passport to the authorities within 24 hours of arrival. |

| Question | How often will we get maid service? |
| Answer |
The maids service the apartment 6 days a week, for most accommodations, not including Sundays. It is advisable to keep belongings out of the way, so the maids can efficiently and discretely carry out their work. |

| Question | Will we have to be there whilst the maid is there? |

If you choose to be there, we must arrange a time, daily that must be adhered to, but if you have any preferences, please let us know, so that we can make arrangements well in advance. We prefer to not allow any accommodation to not be cleaned at least 5 times a week, so appointments with the maid, if made, must be kept. |

Yes. You will be met by our trusted drivers or sometimes, ourselves and taken to the accommodation. |

| Question | Any advice on mosquittoes? |

Yes. Shut all windows and doors between 5:30pm and 7:30pm. This is when they find a place for the night, it seems.
To play it even safer, don't even open them after 7:30pm. |

| Question | What is in the start up kit? |

We provide as a start up: toilet roll, washing up liquid, sponge, cloth, insect repellent, tea tree oil, bottles of packed water, snacks, teabags, milk, sugar, toothpaste, hand soap, soap and washing powder. This may vary slightly, occasionally. |

| Question | Can we book accommodation without any of the additional services? |

We do allow clients to book hotels without Goandream providing transport or other services. This only applies to the hotel we have in Panjim and the price on the website is just the price for the hotel with no extras from Goandream.

| Question | What extra costs might there be? |

If a chef, full time maid, additional start up, eg eggs, bread, butter, vegetables, etc., full-time driver, car, trips, ironing, are required, and of course damages if any.
For the Panjim hotel, the price includes only the room, ensuite and contents, so transport, etc is extra. |
