Our Terms and conditions of Business
Please read these carefully before you book your holidays. This contract is governed by UK law.
Fair trading
We are committed to a policy of fair-trading and hence we do our very best to ensure that you have an unforgettably enjoyable holiday. Your booking, once accepted becomes a legally binding contract, whereby you are expected to pay us the fee/s due to us for your holiday and accept the stated liabilities should you wish to alter or cancel any of the confirmed arrangements. Our responsibility to you, as our client, is to provide the holiday that you have booked. Where possible, we will do our best to facilitate your requested amendments to your holiday plans, availability and others, factors permitting, though there will be a 50GBP or equivalent fee for the alteration.
Cancelling Your Holiday
If you need to cancel your booking, once the deposit has been received, we require the person whom made the booking to write to us with this instruction from their originally recorded email account (for security reasons). The cancellation will only take effect from the day the written confirmation has been received.
Note: Cancellations made more than 28 days before the date of expected arrival, will receive a maximum refund of 50% of the total booking price, minus 50GBP administration fees. Though cancellations made 28 days or less before arrival will unfortunately receive no refund.
Our Obligation To You
Our obligation to you, is to provide you with the holiday that you have booked. Once your booking and deposit have been received, we will send you a reservation invoice by email within 72 hours and a posted invoice can follow if requested, shortly thereafter, with the details of exactly what you have booked. At this point, Goandream in India, has provisionally accepted your booking in agreement with the terms laid down in these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or accept any booking/s.
Our Price Guarantee
All prices displayed on this website show what you will pay for your accommodation, with no hidden extras apart from those outlined in FAQs: What extra costs might there be?
We do however, reserve the right to make alterations to our price guarantee under extreme circumstances such as Government action, or extreme currency fluctuations. The first 2% of such charges will be absorbed by Goandream and in the event that such a surcharge exceeds 5% of the holiday cost, you will be entitled to cancel your booking with a full refund. Should you decline the opportunity to cancel at this stage, you must do so in writing by email within 10 days of receiving notification of the surcharge.
Cancelling Your Holiday
If Goandream has to cancel your holiday for reasons beyond our or indeed anyone's control, we will make every attempt to offer you a choice of equivalent alternatives.
If none of the alternatives are acceptable to you, Goandream need to be notified as soon as possible but definitely within 48 hours of the notice being received by you. As long as these timescales are adhered to, all monies paid will be refunded except 25%. The above offer will not apply where the cancellation by us arises out of Government or civil action, non-payment or late payment for any part of the cost of the holiday for which cancellation charges will apply. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance which covers against loss of deposit or cancellation fees.
Our Liability To You
We are fully responsible for the standard of the services that we provide for you during your holiday. However, we cannot be liable for the actions of Government or private utilities companies during your stay.
Dealing With Complaints
We aim to settle any holiday complaints immediately and amicably, so that the majority of the holiday can be fully enjoyed, though we would need to be informed of any grievances as soon as possible to allow for this. However, should this prove not to be the case, you may contact our head office within the next 14 days only, to have the complaint dealt with.
Descriptions of accommodation
The descriptions of villages and accommodation in this brochure have been compiled personally by the directors, to ensure that clients get accurate information about villas and apartments, though changes may be made as and when required. We will update the site as often as possible. Villages and other parts of Goa are going through constant changes, so be prepared for such, as well as the colourful and very lively events that Goans have to offer, though do expect some noise in the festival seasons especially at Christmas, Eid and New year.
Goandream does it's best to represent all homes accurately and therefore is not responsible for any unknown situation that may arise.
Although the company has inspected the premises for listing, and in between rental periods, Goandream has not made an inspection of the premises advertised therein, as to compliance to health and safety codes as applicable in UK. Goandream and it's associates are not responsible for any injuries sustained to the tenant/s or guests on the premises, or for damage or loss to personal property or items.
Booking Your Holiday
When you have completed your booking form on the behalf of yourself and your party, and paid the fifty percent deposit (non-refundable), you are confirming that you understand and have accepted our booking conditions. As such, any cancellation or alteration will bear charges as outlined in the cancellation charges section.
Please note that a FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit of 50GBP for a one bedroom property and 100GBP or 8000INR must be paid to Goandream at the time of confirming the booking and it will be returned to the client at the end of their stay, assuming no damages have occured.
Payments made by UK cheque will have to clear before booking can be confirmed. To be paid directly into any Barclays Bank Plc. Cheque to be in favour of: Ohshima Associates Ltd, sort code 209069, Account number 50450928. Please email once deposited.
Please make every effort to inform Goandream office by email or phone/fax/text, if there are any last minute changes to your arrival arrangements, that will effect your being met at the airport. If you fail to do so, any additional transfer costs will be charged locally.
Insurance
Goandream in India, recommend that you and each member of your party have adequate travel insurance to cover the entire period of your holiday. We would like you to provide us with a 24 hour emergency telephone contact to use in case of emergency.
Privacy Policy
By using this site, you signify your agreement to our privacy policy. Please read this users agreement and these terms and conditions carefully before using this site. Your use of this site is expressly conditional on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Under no circumstances will your e-mail address be sold or used by any other company.

We do not provide or sell your details to third parties.
We reserve the right to disclose information about member usage and demographics to advertisers and partners, but in anonymous aggregate form only. Goandream will not reveal your personal identity in connection with the disclosure of such information. We may contact users by email with updates about our website and its services. All our mails will contain an unsubscribe option.
What do we do with the information collected?
We may perform statistical analyses of user behaviour in order to measure relative consumer interest in the various areas of our site (for product development purposes). Personal information on individual subscribers will not be provided to any third party.
With whom do we share the information we collect?
We may employ external companies to act on our behalf as data processors for internal business purposes. Data processors will abide by the Privacy Policy detailed here and will not disclose personal details to any other organisations or use data other than for purposes required by us. This use of your personal details, is contractual to the use of our websites.
