Apartments give you more PRIVATE SPACE, FREEDOM of choice of food, time of meals and obviously expense of meals and overall accommodation.
A tried and tested example: a Five star hotel in Panjim may cost 160GBP per night (off peak) and sleep 4 and may or may not include breakfast.
The same level of accommodation in the same area (less than a minute away) with more space and privacy, would cost 80GBP per night and sleep 6.

Weekly rentals: We have a wide range of hireable properties in Goa, starting from as little as 9GBP per day per person. Most apartments and villas have communal swimming pools. Some villas have a private pool. Most properties are very short walks from the beach or are on the beach. Some have gymnasiums, business centres and creches attached to the apartments. Each accommodation will have a maid supplied and where possible, a car with a driver too. Most apartments/villas will have water filters fitted, so you can drink the water quite safely, though it may need bottling and refrigerating. All will have fans or air-conditioning but will be described as per property.
You can choose from our range of 1/2/3/4/5 bedroom apartments or villas, in town, or in the hills of north Goa, or on the beaches of north and south Goa. All villas and apartments are rented on a weekly basis and the number of people it sleeps is stated.
