This lovely 2 bedroom ground floor apartment named ‘Tranquility’, facing the pool, is in a newly built complex in Candolim. It is only a 10 minutes walk from the main road
with restaurants and shops; They offer a wide selection of different
nationalities of foods and goods to purchase with plenty of choice. The beach is
a further 10 minutes walk away.
The living room/dining area has a large 3 seater sofa bed as well as two
chairs, stools and a coffee table There is a television, dvd player, lamps,
a/c and fans. Also a 6 seater teak dining table and chairs, with matching
sideboard". The kitchen "has a breakfast bar" and all the mod-coms one needs
on holiday, including a washing machine, microwave gas hob, emergency electric hob,
cutlery, crockery etc.
The two bedrooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable with a/c and
fans. The main bedroom has a king size bed with wardrobe, chest of draws,
bedside tables and lamps. The second bedroom has two single beds, chest of
draws, side table and lamp. There is a wardrobe in the hallway.
The complex has a gymnasium, 24 hour security presence and is well-maintained. There is a communal drier available to dry washing. The location is great for relaxing, eating, lounging/sporting on the beach and shopping. It is in one of the 3 most popular locations in North Goa.
