This accommodation is within a new hotel, completed in September 2008. The rooms have been tastefully and cleanly decorated and furnished. There is an attached bathroom, hot and cold water, colour television and fridge.
The location is ideal for those wishing to be centrally based in Goa. It is then 20-25 minutes away from the popular Northern Beaches of Candolim, Baga and Calangute. It is 5 minutes away from the crocodile and dolphin trips and the renowned Goan sunset cruises. It is only 10 minutes away from the beautiful Southern Beach of Donna Paula, or 45 minutes away from the white sands of the South Goan, Utorda beach.
Though not included in the price, the hotel runs:
Laundry service, has a doctor on call, sight- seeing tours, boat cruises and car rentals an upmarket gymnasium with bikes, tread mills, cross trainers, weight lifting machines, free weights and floor area for personal training and taekwondo, kickboxing, circuit training, etc.

The accommodation sleeps 2, but can accommodate an extra head in the room for an extra 10GBP/night.
